What you need to know
- The Board of Judges is responsible for overseeing the conduct of the racing meetings. Two of the Judges are employed by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission; the third is employed by the association.
- Their authority includes supervision of all racing officials, track management, licensed personnel, other persons responsible for the conduct of racing and patrons, as necessary to ensure compliance with the rules of racing.
- The Judges have the authority to resolve conflicts or disputes related to racing and to discipline violators in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
- Only the last three years of reports are available online. Please email MGCcomments@massgaming.gov for any reports beyond the three-year threshold.
