Every racing meeting participant must be licensed prior to racing. Checks may be made out to: Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

About thoroughbred racing licenses

There were no applications for live Thoroughbred racing for 2020, so we are not accepting Thoroughbred occupational license applications at this time.
