About Notice of Intent Regarding License for Sports Wagering
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission requested that entities interested in licensure for sports wagering in Massachusetts submit a Notice of Intent for informational purposes to aid the MGC in understating the interest in licenses for sports wagering.
A list of the entities that submitted can be found below listed below under the legal name they provided in their submission, along with any other identifying business name, followed by the name of the mobile application or digital platform identified in an italicized parenthetical. You may download the filled-out forms and supporting materials by clicking on each entity.
The notice of intent is not an application for a sports wagering license.
