The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene a public meeting to afford an opportunity to any member of the public, or entity, who is interested in offering input and comment on any or all of the six applications for a license to conduct untethered category 3 mobile sports wagering operations.

The public meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 3, 2022 at 10 a.m. and will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.

The applications are posted for viewing on the Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s website. In order to help ensure efficient administration of the meeting, the Commission requests that anyone interested in appearing to comment please email MGCcomments@massgaming.gov in advance to be placed on the list of speakers. Alternatively, written comments may also be submitted to that same email address with ‘Category 3 – Untethered public comment’’ in the subject line. Written comments are preferred in advance of of the hearing, but will be welcome on a rolling basis through the licensing evaluation process.
