The MGC is seeking public comment on a draft regulation, 205 CMR 218: General Sports Wagering Application Requirements, Standards and Procedures:

Additionally, the MGC is seeking public comment on two regulations voted on as of October 6, 2022 and emergency filed on October 7, 2022. Those regulations are as follows:
- 205 CMR 240:00: Adjusted Gross Sports Wagering & Adjusted Gross Fantasy Wagering Receipts Tax Remittance & Reporting
- 205 CMR 211: Category 1, 2, & 3 Sports Wagering License Applications
