The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the alleged noncompliance of Crown MA Gaming, LLC, d/b/a DraftKings (“DraftKings”) with G.L. c. 23N, § 3; 205 CMR 247.01(2)(i); and the Massachusetts Sports Wagering Catalog.

The hearing will take place on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
