The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the alleged noncompliance of Plainridge Park Casino with G.L. c. 23N, § 3; 205 CMR 247.01(2)(a)(2); and the Massachusetts Sports Wagering Catalog.

The hearing will take place on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
