The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene a public meeting to afford an opportunity to offer input and comment – to any member of the public, or entity, who is interested – on an application for a license to conduct Category 2 Sports Wagering Operations.

The public meeting will take place on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. and will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.

One application for a license to conduct Category 2 Sports Wagering Operations has been submitted to the Commission. The application was submitted by Massasoit Greyhound Association, Inc. d/b/a Raynham Park.

In order to help ensure efficient administration of the meeting, the Commission requests that anyone interested in appearing to comment please email MGCcomments@massgaming.gov in advance to be placed on the list of speakers. Alternatively, written comments may also be submitted to that same email address with ‘Category 2 public comment’ in the subject line. Written comments are preferred in advance of the hearing but will be welcome on a rolling basis through the Commission’s licensing evaluation process.
