UPDATE: Request for Public Comment – Recent racing–related correspondence and briefs from stakeholders

On February 19, 2015, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission will discuss the latest racing news and information during its regularly-scheduled bi-weekly public meeting. The Commission has recently received correspondence and briefs from several stakeholders regarding several racing topics, including simulcasting rights and payments from the Race Horse Development Fund (RHDF). The Commission is releasing these documents in advance of the meeting for public review.
Those who wish to submit written comments on the correspondence or briefs may do so by sending an email to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘Horse Racing Correspondence’ in the subject line. Comments must be received by 4:00pm on March 2, 2015.
