The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on its Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) Proposed Budget.
On June 9, 2022, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission reviewed the proposed FY23 budget during a public meeting and is now issuing a request for public comment. The Commission is seeking comments from licensee(s), applicants and the public on the contents of the budget memo.
Anyone wishing to offer comment may do so by submitting written comments via email. Accordingly, the Commission requests that anyone interested in providing written comments on draft application for a potential new horse track operator license send an email directly to MGCcomments@massgaming.gov with ‘FY23 Proposed Budget comment’ in the subject line.
Written public comments are requested by Friday, June 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
