The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on background investigation requirements for outside directors of casino licensees. In a recent public meeting, the Commission had a discussion about how other jurisdictions handle the issue of whether or not outside directors of casino licensee companies are subject to qualification.
Here is a chart outlining how other jurisdictions investigate (or not) outside directors.
