Safety and Orientation Training: This is a very expansive and active construction site. Typically, food vendors park outside the security fencing. However, on this site vendors may be given permission to enter the security perimeter for workers’ convenience. Anyone accessing the site regularly will be required to attend a 4 hour safety and badging orientation.
Agreement: Wynn would like to provide as much predictability to the food service providers as possible. Their intention would be to have the same providers on-site for the duration of the 3-year project. However, to ensure product quality and safety, we may establish a 6-month agreement which will allow both parties to revisit the service that is being provided.
Commitment Plan:
The goal is to provide a safe and good experience for both your company and the customers. Therefore they are requesting that vendors submit a Commitment Plan. Some suggestions to include in this submission are:
- Listing of the food services and type of food that you will be providing
- Listing of proposed pricing for your products.
- List of the number of people you can serve per day
- There will be approximately 2000+ to accommodate (see Labor projections Appendix). Do you have the ability to serve two shifts and on weekends?
- Submit the design of the vending vehicle (size and a picture)
- What are some key thoughts on how you can provide quality and food efficiently?
