The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the durable suitability of Bally’s Interactive, LLC pursuant to M.G.L. c. 23N, section 6(d) and 205 CMR 215.01(1).

The hearing will take place on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
