The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to whether to grant final approval for the proposed transfer of interest involving Wynn MA, LLC and Realty Income Corporation.

The hearing will take place on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
