Pursuant to G.L. c.23K and G.L. c.30A, §20, notice is hereby given of a public hearing and public meeting of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.

The Commission will hold a public hearing and a public meeting on Thursday October 26, 2023 remotely utilizing remote collaboration technology. Use of this technology is intended to ensure an adequate, alternative means of public access to the Commission’s deliberations for any interested member of the public. If there is any technical problem with the Commission’s remote connection, an alternative conference line will be noticed immediately on our website: MassGaming.com. A stream will be available on MassGaming.com.

Members of the public are asked to register to offer public comment during the hearing/meeting here. Those wishing to provide written comment, but not register to speak at the public meeting, can submit their written comments to MGCcomments@massgaming.gov by Monday October 30, 2023 at 4:00pm.
