The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the durable suitability of Crown MA Gaming d/b/a DraftKings pursuant to M.G.L. c. 23N, section 6(d) and 205 CMR 215.01(1). This is a continuation of an adjudicatory hearing that last convened on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

The hearing will take place on Thursday, February 27, at 10:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
