The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the alleged noncompliance of Crown MA Gaming, LLC d/b/a DraftKings with G.L. c. 23N, § 13; 205 CMR 247.07(7); and 205 CMR 248.10(3).

The hearing will take place on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
