The following adjudicatory hearing has been postponed as of December 15, 2025.

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to Wynn MA, LLC (Encore Boston Harbor) individual qualifier Brian Gullbrants.

The hearing will take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
