The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will convene an adjudicatory hearing relative to the alleged noncompliance of Temporary Category 3 Sports Wagering Operator, Betfair Interactive US LLC, d/b/a FanDuel Sportsbook (“FanDuel”) with G.L. c. 23N, §§ 11(a)(i) and 13(f); and 205 CMR 238.22(1).

The hearing will take place on Wednesday, April 9, at 10:00 a.m. It will be conducted via remote collaboration technology.
