A Request for Public Comment: Responsible Gaming Framework Version 2.0

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) requests comment on the draft Responsible Gaming Framework (RGF), Version 2.0. First adopted by MGC in 2014, the Responsible Gaming Framework is intended to inform gaming regulation in Massachusetts and provide an overall orientation to responsible gaming practice and policy adopted by MGC and gaming licensees. In December 2016, MGC began a process to review and re-write the framework. The revised RGF retains the same goals and objectives but revises many of the strategies and tactics.
Anybody wishing to offer informal written comment on any of the draft Responsible Gaming Framework may submit them by sending an email to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘Draft RGF’ in the subject line. Comments must be received by 4:00pm on Friday, March 30th, 2018.
