The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the draft regulations below:
- 205 CMR 146.00 DRAFT: Gaming Equipment
This new regulation outlines the standards applicable to the various types of equipment used in the table games offered for play in a gaming establishment.
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation amendments’ in the subject line, or mail them to 101 Federal Street, 12th Floor, Boston, MA, 02110. The Commission will review any comments received, update the draft regulations where appropriate, and hold a public hearing on the matter. The public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 10:00am at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, 101 Federal Street, 12th Floor, Boston, MA. All submitted comments must be received by December 1, 2017 at 4:00pm.
