The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the proposed amendments to the regulation below:
- 205 CMR 136.08 DRAFT: Sale and Distribution of Alcoholic Beverages at Gaming Establishments
The amendments will eliminate the requirement to list on a gaming beverage license the names and contact information for managers or other principals.
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation amendments’ in the subject line, or mail them to 101 Federal Street, 12th Floor, Boston, MA, 02110. The Commission will review any comments received, update the draft regulations where appropriate, and hold a public hearing on the matter. The public hearing has been scheduled for June 15, 2017 at 10:00am. Submitted comments must be received by June 16, 2017 at 4:00pm.
