The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the proposed amendments to the regulations below:
- 205 CMR 134.14 DRAFT AMENDMENTS: Licensing and Registration of Employees, Vendors, Junket Enterprises and Representatives, and Labor Organizations
The amendments change the administrative closure periods to 21 days each for gaming vendors and employees. If an employee or vendor chooses to file a new application, these amendments remove the mandatory waiting period and they are able to immediately submit a new application.
