The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the following draft regulation:
- 205 CMR 129.00 DRAFT: Transfer of Interest
- 205 CMR 129.02(10) DRAFT: Options for payment of the Commonwealth’s share
Those who wish to submit written comments may do so by sending an email to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation comment’ in the subject line. All written comments must be received by August 20, 2015 at 5:00pm. This version of the draft regulations reflects public comments received subsequent to the public hearing.
