The MGC is requesting public comment on a revision request by Wynn MA, LLC to the gaming establishment boundaries for Encore Boston Harbor. The Commission, during a public meeting at its Boston office, reviewed the request to revise the gaming establishment boundaries for Encore Boston Harbor and decided to seek public feedback. All submitted comments will be reviewed and considered by the Commission before a final determination on this request.
