The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) is soliciting bidders for the development, implementation, and operation of a Player Health Information and Support Program to support the MGC’s efforts to prevent and mitigate harms related to casino gambling and sports wagering in the Commonwealth.
Core to the MGC’s mission is a commitment to maximizing consumer protections, minimizing negative impacts, and promoting responsible gaming. This procurement represents a key step in the Commonwealth’s approach to promoting safer play.
