Happy Pride Month 2021! The MGC celebrates LGBTQ+ pride – this month and every month. Diversity and equity are essential to MGC’s culture and we are proud to be an organization that fosters an inclusive community. We embrace LGBTQ+ equality within our workplace, our industry, and across the Commonwealth.
We’ve come such a long way, yet still have much more to do. Pride Month offers the opportunity to reflect upon LGBTQ+ history, civil rights, the progress achieved, and the work that continues.
