Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meetings on February 21, 2024; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #502 and public meeting #503 on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold a pair of open meetings on Wednesday, February 21. The first meeting will begin at 9 a.m.
Once the first meeting is called to order, the Commission will hear from both the Legal Division and the Sports Wagering Division. Both teams are expected to lead the Commission in discussions on the progress of cessation plans by Betr and WynnBet.
Following that, the Communications Division will lead a review of the FY23 Annual Report with Commissioners and MGC staff.
Commissioners Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
At 12 p.m. Wednesday, the second MGC open meeting will begin.
There, the Sports Wagering Division is expected to head a portion of the meeting dedicated to presentations of 2023 Q4 reports by BetMGM, WynnBet, and FanDuel. Commissioners Updates are expected to follow then as well, finishing out the meeting.
There is time allotted near the end of both meetings for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
