Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on October 8; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Eileen O’Brien, Bruce Stebbins, and Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #323 on Thursday, October 8, 2020.
After the meeting is called to order, Executive Director Karen Wells will provide an administrative update, which will include updates on MGC staffing and casino reopenings.
Members of the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau and the Legal Division will request votes on the following:
- Amendments to “Rules of the Games” – VOTE
- 205 CMR 146.13: Blackjack Table; Card Reader Device; Physical Characteristics; Inspections – Clarifies that the Blackjack table layout should include an inscription identifying either 3-to-2 or 6-to-5 payout odds; and Small Business Impact Statement – VOTE to begin the promulgation process
- Licensee Roulette Renewal Request – VOTE
Construction Project Oversight Manager Joe Delaney and Project Manager Mary Thurlow will ask that the Commission vote on subcommittee appointments related to the Gaming Policy Advisory Committee.
