Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on October 8, 2026; Conference Call Available

Once the meeting is called to order, there will be an Administrative Update on the third-party Casino Exclusion Program.
The Commission will review the minutes of previous public meetings held on August 27 and September 10, 2026.
The Legal Division will then discuss and review the following regulation: 205 CMR 238.33: Prohibited Persons.
The Community Affairs Division will follow with reappointment recommendations for the Local Community Mitigation Advisory Committee and subcommittee members. Commissioners will then hear the FY2028 Community Mitigation Fund guidelines.
The Investigations and Enforcement Bureau will present the Year-End 2025 Sports Wagering financial review. Followed by an executive session to review the information and reports provided by Bally Bet, BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings, Fanatics Betting and Gaming, FanDuel, and Penn Sports Interactive.
Commissioner updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time reserved at the end of the meeting for any other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
