WHAT:                  The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #398 on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

After the meeting is called to order, the commissioners and the Chair will hold a vote on approving meeting minutes for a Commission meeting previously held on March 31, 2022.

Following that vote, the Executive Director will lead an Administrative Update that will cover Casino Updates.

Sports Wagering Process Updates are set to follow, where the Commission will cover a Gaming Labs International Presentation; a Sports Wagering Vendor Regulation, Penalty Analysis; and Divisional Updates.

Community Affairs Chief Joe Delany will lead the next portion of the meeting, which will feature Community Mitigation Fund Draft Guidelines, as well as a Member Reappointment Request for the Gaming Policy Advisory Committee’s Community Mitigation Subcommittee.

A Sports Wagering License Evaluation Process Discussion is then set to follow, where the Commission will discuss a draft regulation, 205 CMR 218: General Sports Wagering Application Requirements, Standards, and Procedures.

Commissioner Updates are then expected to round out the meeting. There is also time reserved at the end of the meeting for other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of this posting.

The Commission reserves the right to vote on these matters during this or future meetings.
