Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on October 1; Conference Call Available

WHO:               Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Eileen O’Brien, Bruce Stebbins, and Enrique Zuniga

WHAT:              The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #322 on Thursday, October 1, 2020.

After the meeting is called to order, Chair Judd-Stein and Executive Director Karen Wells will lead a discussion regarding the job description for the Director of the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau.

The Commission then anticipates that it will meet in executive session in accordance with G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, as discussion of the subject matter at an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Commission. The public session of the Commission meeting will not reconvene at the conclusion of the executive session.
