WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #486 on Thursday, November 7, 2023.
After the meeting is called to order, both the Legal Division and the Investigations and Enforcement Bureau will lead a review of the Penn Entertainment and ESPN deal, which will include a presentation by Penn Entertainment regarding said deal.
A discussion concerning potential amendments to Penn Sports Interactive, LLC’s and Plainville Gaming Redevelopment, LLC’s sports wagering licenses is slated to follow.
The Commission is then expected to meet in Executive Session in conjunction with its review of the PSI and/or PPC applications and partnerships with ESPN.
Commissioner Updates are scheduled to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time allotted near the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
The Commission may vote to enter into executive session on a number of agenda items detailed above – please see the official meeting agenda for more details. The Commission reserves the right to vote on these or other matters during the meeting.
