Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on November 6, 2025; Conference Call Available

Once the meeting is called to order, the Commission will review the minutes from previous public meetings held on November 2, 2023, February 1, 2024, August 29, 2024, October 9, 2025, and October 16, 2025.

Research and Responsible Gaming will follow with the presentation of the AI and Player Risk Identification and Response Research Report. The meeting is then expected to enter executive session for an AI Workgroup update.

Once the meeting returns to public session, the Community Affairs Division will follow with several agenda items, including the presentation of Plainridge Park Casino’s quarterly report and the FY2027 Community Mitigation Fund Guidelines.

The Commission then expects to hear from the Legal Division. There will be a review of DraftKings’ corrective action plan, as required by the Commission’s July 7, 2025, non-compliance decision. There will also be a discussion of regulations 205 CMR 146.13: Blackjack Table; Card Reader Device; Physical Characteristics; Inspections, and 205 CMR 238.48: Expiration of Sports Wagering Tickets and Vouchers; Payment to the Sports Wagering Control Fund.

The IEB will then follow with a briefing on a noncompliance matter related to Temporary Category 3 Sports Wagering Licensee Bally’s Interactive LLC, as well as a discussion on an RSM waiver request in connection with a Statement of Work.

The Sports Wagering Division will present an update to the house rules of Plainridge Park Casino. The Finance Division will then present an MGC diversity update and lead a discussion on the FY2027 Cost of Living Adjustment.

Commissioner Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
