Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on November 29, 2022; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #404 on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
After the meeting is called to order, the Commission will vote on meeting minutes for a meeting previously held on September 8, 2022. The Executive Director, Karen Wells, will then lead an Administrative Update, which will cover Casino Updates.
The Racing Division will then lead the next portion of the meeting, which is set to cover a Plainridge Park Casino Racing Schedule Update. That will be followed by a discussion on IT Solutions to Public Records Responses.
Sports Wagering Process Updates are set to follow, where the Commission will discuss MGM Springfield’s application submission: 205 CMR 211.01(1)(b); as well as an applications processing update.
Commissioner Updates are then expected to round out the meeting. There is also time reserved at the end of the meeting for other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of this posting.
The Commission reserves the right to vote on these matters during this or future meetings.
