Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on November 17, 2022; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #403 on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
After the meeting is called to order, the Commission will vote on meeting minutes for a meeting previously held on May 12, 2022.
The meeting will then turn to the Legal Division and MGC regulations. During that time, the Commission will discuss 205 CMR 2.01: Application for License to Conduct a Racing Meeting by a New Operator, as well as a series of draft Sports Wagering Regulations.
Sports Wagering Process Updates are set to follow before Commissioner Updates are expected to round out the meeting.
There is also time reserved at the end of the meeting for other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of this posting.
The Commission reserves the right to vote on these matters during this or future meetings.
