Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on March 12, 2026; Conference Call Available

Once the meeting is called to order, the Commission will review the meeting minutes from February 12, and February 20, 2026.
The Racing Division will follow with a report on 2024 unpaid winnings at Plainridge Racecourse, Suffolk Downs, and Raynham Park, and the possible subsequent authorization to pay out funds approved by the Commission.
The Sports Wagering Division will then present updates to the house rules for FanDuel, DraftKings, Fanatics, MGM Springfield, and Plainridge Park Casino. The IEB will follow up with several agenda items, including multiple recommendations for civil administrative penalties.
Director of Research and Responsible Gaming Mark Vander Linden will follow with a presentation on the introduction of PlayWell.
Commissioners then expect to hear from the Legal Division regarding 205 CMR 133.02: Placement on the Self-exclusion List and 205 CMR 147.03: Notice and Patron Access.
The meeting is then expected to enter executive session to review minutes from previous executive sessions.
Commissioner updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time reserved at the end of the meeting for any other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
