WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Brad Hill, and Eileen O’Brien
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #373 on Thursday, March 10, 2022.
After the meeting is called to order, the commissioners and the Chair will hold separate votes on approving meeting minutes for three Commission meetings previously held on June 24, 2021; August 4, 2021; and September 9, 2021.
Following those votes, the Commission will discuss the East of Broadway Development in Everett, MA. During that discussion, the MGC will consider whether the proposed development across the street from Encore Boston Harbor will be determined as part of the existing gaming establishment and associated issues, including the permissible use of certain areas of the gaming establishment, such as the ballrooms, for the conduct of live entertainment, and MEPA related matters.
A vote is anticipated after that discussion.
Time is reserved following the potential vote for any business matters the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
