WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Gayle Cameron, Eileen O’Brien, Bruce Stebbins, and Enrique Zuniga
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #310 on Thursday, June 25, 2020.
After an administrative update from Interim Executive Director Karen Wells, Chair Cathy Judd-Stein will make an announcement regarding Director of Communications Elaine Driscoll, who was recently awarded the 2020 Harvard Bradford Fellowship Program for Excellence in Public Administration.
Director of Research and Responsible Gaming Mark Vander Linden, alongside Director Driscoll and Dr. Tom Land, an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, will introduce the new Massachusetts Open Data Exchange (MODE).
Director Vander Linden and Director Driscoll will then present recent updates to the Research Page on MassGaming.com, along with the creation of a new impact report for GameSense, the MGC’s innovative, player-focused responsible gaming program.
Construction Project Oversight Manager Joseph Delaney and Program Manager Mary Thurlow will continue a discussion on the Community Mitigation Fund Application Review process. A vote on this matter is anticipated.
