Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on July 26, 2022; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Eileen O’Brien and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #385 on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
After the meeting is called to order, the commissioners and the Chair will hold votes on approving meeting minutes for previous held Commission meetings on September 21, 2021; September 23, 2021; October 21, 2021; December 21, 2021; January 10, 2022; and June 2, 2022.
Following those votes, Dr. Alex Lightbown, the Director of Racing and the Chief Veterinarian for the MGC, will lead the Racing Division’s portion of the meeting, which will cover a Request for Promotional Fund Consideration for Summer Handicapping Series ahead of an anticipated vote on the topic.
The Legal Division is then set to hold discussions on 205 CMR 102, 205 CMR 115.04, and 205 CMR 115.01 (4), all of which come ahead of likely votes by the Commission.
The Research and Responsible Gaming Team will then lead a discussion on an ad hoc Sports Wagering Report Update.
There is also time reserved at the end of the meeting for matters the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
