Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on July 15, 2025; Conference Call Available

Commission meetings on May 22, 2023, and on June 17, 2025. Executive Director Dean Serpa will then provide an administrative update, followed by Research and Responsible Gaming’s presentation of the GameSense Quarterly Report.

Commissioners then expect to hear from the Sports Wagering Division about Encore Boston Harbor’s request for a permanent waiver from the letter of credit required by 205 CMR 238.12. The IEB will follow up with several matters related to noncompliance.

The meeting will then shift to the Community Affairs Division, where Boston’s FY2026 Community Mitigation Fund application will be reviewed. Legal will follow with a discussion of 205 CMR 115.04: Phase 1 and New Qualifier Investigation and Recommendations by the Bureau.

Commissioners then expect the meeting to enter an executive session for a litigation update; the meeting is expected to stay in the executive session to review minutes from previous executive sessions.

Commissioner Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
