Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on February 8, 2023; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #433 on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
After the meeting is called to order, Executive Director Karen Wells will lead an Administrative Update.
Following that, the Community Affairs Division will lead the next portion of the meeting. There they will cover Encore Boston Harbor’s East of Broadway Development, before turning to Casino Licensee Reports. All three casino licensees – Encore Boston Harbor, MGM Springfield, and Plainridge Park Casino – are set to present their Q4 Quarterly Reports and Impacted Live Event Venue Updates ahead of anticipated individual executive sessions.
The final expected section of the Community Affairs’ portion of the meeting will be a Community Mitigation Fund Request from the City of Revere regarding an amendment to a 2019 grant.
Commissioner Updates are set to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time allowed at the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting. The Commission reserves the right to vote on these or other matters during the meeting.
