WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #491 on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
After the meeting is called to order, the Commission’s Sports Wagering Division will lead a discussion on sports wagering quarterly reports for Q3. BetMGM, Betr, Fanatics, and FanDuel are expected to present their Q3 reports.
Following that, the Commission will hear an update regarding the Interim Investigations and Enforcement Bureau Director position.
Commissioner Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time allotted near the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
