WHO:                  Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner

WHAT:                    The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #416 on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

After the meeting is called to order, the commissioners and the Chair will hold a series of votes on approving meeting minutes for three Commission meetings previously held on March 3, 2022, March 10, 2022, and September 22, 2022.

Following that vote, the Legal Division will head the next portion of the meeting, which will cover three Sports Wagering Regulations – 205 CMR 247: Uniform Standards of Sports Wagering, 205 CMR 248: Sports Wagering Account Management, and 205 CMR 232: Discipline of Sports Wagering Operators and Other Licensees, and Registrants.

The Investigations and Enforcement Bureau will then lead a preliminary discussion on marketing affiliates and registrations.

Afterwards, the Research and Responsible Gaming team will provide M.G.L. 23N Sports Wagering Studies Updates on M.G.L. 23N Section 20 and M.G.L. 23N Section 25.

That will be followed by a Sports Wagering Update on the Sports Wagering Kiosk Verification Process.

Commissioner Updates are then expected to follow, where the Commission will cover MGM Springfield litigation and reporting.

There is also time reserved at the end of the meeting for other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of this posting.

The Commission reserves the right to vote on these matters during this or future meetings.
