WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #413 on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
After the meeting is called to order, the Commission will hear Administrative Updates from Executive Director Karen Wells. The Commission is then set to vote on a series of meeting minutes regarding meetings previously held on September 13, 2022, September 19, 2022, and September 22, 2022.
Following that section of the meeting, the Commission will begin a discussion regarding Sports Wagering Regulations. That conversation will cover three regulations: 205 CMR 138, 205 CMR 238, and 205 CMR 254.
That will be followed by Commissioner Updates, which is expected to round out the meeting. There is time reserved at the end of the meeting for matters the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
The Commission reserves the right to vote on these matters during this or future meetings.
