WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #405 on Thursday, December 1, 2022.

After the meeting is called to order, the Commission will vote on meeting minutes for meetings previously held on August 18, 2022 and September 12, 2022.

The Research and Responsible Gaming Team will then lead the next portion of the meeting, which is set to be a Discussion of Commissioner Research Priorities and Knowledge Needs.

State Police as the primary law enforcement agency under 23N, sec. 11(c).

The Legal Division will then head the next section of the meeting, covering Sports Wagering Regulations as well as approval of a new table game, Pontoon 21.

Sports Wagering Process Updates are set to follow, while Commissioner Updates are expected to round out the meeting afterwards.

There is also time reserved at the end of the meeting for other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of this posting. The Commission reserves the right to vote on these matters during this or future meetings.
