Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on August 8, 2023; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #470 on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
After the meeting is called to order, Interim Executive Director Todd Grossman will provide an administrative update to the Commission.
A legislative update by Commissioner Brad Hill and External Relations Manager Grace Robinson is then set to follow.
The Legal Division will then lead the next portion of the meeting, which will cover a number of legal regulations, including:
- 205 CMR 138.00: Uniform Standards of Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls
- 205 CMR 238.00: Additional Uniform Standards of Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls for Sports Wagering
- 205 CMR 247.00: Uniform Standards of Sports Wagering
- 205 CMR 248.00: Sports Wagering Account Management
- 205 CMR 257: Sports Wagering Data Privacy
Commissioner Updates are then set to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is also time allotted near the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
The Commission reserves the right to vote on these or other matters during the meeting.
