Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on August 13, 2026; Conference Call Available

Once the meeting is called to order, the Sports Wagering Division will present a petition by DraftKings to add TT Elite Series to the Event Catalog. There will also be an update to Penn Sports Interactive’s house rules.
The Research and Responsible Gaming Division will then present a follow up from the Asian CARES Study. Afterwards, the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health will present to Commissioners a review of PlayWell’s FY2026 fourth quarter.
Commissioners will then hear discussions and reviews of two regulations: 205 CMR 238.33: Prohibited Persons, and 205 CMR 256.06: Advertising to Other Vulnerable Persons.
Commissioner updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
There is time reserved at the end of the meeting for any other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
