Commissioner Brad Hil will then deliver a legislative update regarding an overview of the House Ways and Means FY26 budget, followed by an administrative update from Executive Director Dean Serpa.
The meeting will then discuss the process for an annual review of the Commission’s Executive Director. The IEB will then present Encore Boston Harbor’s request for service registration exemptions.
Commissioners will then hear the Research and Responsible Gaming Division present an update on the voluntary self-exclusion program and their presentation of the GameSense quarterly report.
Commissioner Updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, there is time reserved for any other business the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
