Meeting Notification: MGC to hold public meeting on April 13, 2023; Conference Call Available

WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner
WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #448 on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
After the meeting is called to order, the Commission will vote on meeting minutes from a previously held Mass Gaming Commission (MGC) meeting from November 14, 2022.
Following that, the Legal Division will hold a discussion regarding the following regulations:
- 205 CMR 222: Capital Investment and Monitoring of Project Construction
- 205 CMR 219: Temporary Licensing Procedures (Amendments)
- 205 CMR 231: Renewal of a Sports Wagering License
Then the Commissioners will partake in the Executive Director Annual Review and Setting of Compensation.
There is time allotted near the end of the meeting for Commissioner Updates as well as any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting.
The Commission reserves the right to vote on these or other matters during the meeting.
